Carol Giordano is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in Mineola, where she has lived since 1993 with her husband and son. Raised in Queens and long committed to her community, Carol brings a genuine understanding of local neighborhoods, schools, and the people who call Mineola home.

Alongside her real estate career, Carol has built a long and respected professional history in Human Resources at NYU Langone Hospital–Winthrop, where she continues to work full time. Her background has sharpened her strengths in communication, organization, and problem solving, skills she brings into every real estate transaction. She is also a Certified Buyer Specialist, further equipping her to guide buyers with clarity, strategy, and confidence. Her husband’s 30-year career with the Village of Mineola further reflects their shared dedication to the community they proudly serve.

Carol’s involvement in Mineola extends well beyond her professional life. She has firsthand knowledge of the Mineola School District and has been actively involved with the PTA, Booster Club, and the Mineola Athletic Association. Most recently, she was selected to serve on the Village of Mineola Downtown Revitalization Committee.

Carol joined Coach Realtors in 2022, drawn to its family-owned culture and commitment to personalized service. Known for her trustworthiness, strong follow-through from listing to closing, and excellent time management, she takes pride in helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and care. Her dedication has been recognized with a Bronze Award in back-to-back years, an achievement she is especially proud of while balancing two demanding careers.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys walking, playing pickleball, and relaxing in her downtime. Something many do not know is that she also organizes employee events and hospital blood drives at NYU Langone, further reflecting her passion for service and bringing people together.
